WorldMark Orlando - Kingstown Reef

Positive: Very clean outside and inside the rooms Negative: Paying for WiFi, no complimentary breakfast , that it?s not a lot of amenities.

Our stay at the resort was great! The suite was clean and well organized, with a complete kitchen set that made everything very convenient. One small note: our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. I’m not sure if housekeeping was available only upon request, and it may have been my oversight in reviewing the property information. Regardless, our overall experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially our family trip to Disney World, and will definitely stay again on our next trip back to Florida.

So nice place just do not get why thy ask for tips when you have to take out your own trash. I mean at most hotels thy clean your room and beds and you do not have a qr code to tip it could be I just have not noticed it at hotel or just not at the once I have been at. So we never had any service while we were there we were there two night and one day. There was alot todo pools hot tube and minture golf it was really nice grounds and rooms were like an apartment two bed rooms and two full bathrooms really nice hope to stay again I was so tired I just stayed in the room for the day due to the traveling

Huge, clean, well appointed rooms/suites with great amenitiesand very good service. Like an apartment rental for vacations or business. Beds are numerous and comfy. Ours had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and patio. Our also room had a Washer and dryer, and dishwasher. They include dish and laundry soap and any refills needed. Very clean, quiet. Mini Golf, Heated pools, 2 Hot tubs. Found a great deal. Extremely worthwhile.

The room was spacious and very nice and clean. Our kitchen was equipped with all the basic necessities which allowed us to make meals and not go out. We ended up being too busy to take advantage of the other amenities but we would definitely stay here again.

My experience at Kingstown Reef was absolutely amazing. From the beginning checking in was smooth and friendly. The staff made our stay very comfortable and relaxed. Nina called to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. My room was a spacious, clean comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath deluxe. The bathroom was huge. Full kitchen large tv’s. My daughter needed to wash her shirts and that was no problem because the unit had a washer and dryer. Also the warm hot tub by the pool was exactly what I needed after a day of walking at Universal Studios and a chilli night.

Absolutely do NOT get a "Studio Deluxe." It is tiny, dingy, dark, and features a very heavy Murphy bed you have to pull down. And in order to pull it down, you have to disassemble the couch below it. Extremely inconvenient, plus the Murphy bed in our room was saggy and I was rolling into my spouse all night, leading to poor sleep and back pain. Furthermore, after paying for a second room to "upgrade" for a portion of our trip, neither room felt cleaned. The more expensive (but much better layout and experience) "1 Bedroom Deluxe" still had several hairs all over the shower from the previous occupants. The "Studio Deluxe" was so appalling, the housekeeper who came to help us sweep on the second day in the room stated it was in a "terrible state" and "had never seen anything like that before". There were few amenities on-site accept for a pool, jacuzzi, and gym, despite being a "vacation resort." Side note: the jacuzzi was fun and informative as it was a 2 hour session of Worldmark Timeshare Owners and individuals staying through RCI complaining and warning everyone AGAINST signing up for the Timeshare/becoming an Owner, with a few people even having enlisted attorneys to get themselves out of their bait-and-switch memberships. Of which the whole reason we stayed was because we were lied to and bait-and-switched into a temporary version of their Timeshare called the "Discovery Program", which during our sales presentation (yes you had to go to one of those, AGAIN) the salespeople AGREED it was all a lie and bait-and-switch, and claimed Worldmark is redoing their training programs because it was a rampant problem. We also had on and off AC issues the whole trip with it vacillating between hot and HUMID and ice cold, with the thermostat locked up behind a locked door and maintenance had to come adjust it themselves anytime we needed a change. The saving grace was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. However, this was still the worst hotel experience in recent memory.
