Radisson Hotel Portland Airport

The location is easy to get to from the airport and has 24 hour shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was in room 412. The room is a good size, and in my case overlooked the lake. While it seems that the hotel is undergoing renovations, it was still nice. There are many little touches but I appreciate such as refrigerator in the room, the large shower stall with both an overhead and removable shower head, as well as a non-slip mat. They even leave you earplugs at the bedside. The restaurant is decent, although a little on the pricey side (to be expected from a hotel). The food was good and the staff was super friendly. I also appreciate the fact that there was a board downstairs that showed all of the Airline departures so that you can see if your your flight is on time, cancelled, or delayed. They even have a decent selection of TV channels. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here, particularly the convenience of parking and flying. The hotel offers a serene atmosphere, comfortable bedding, and an exceptional Lakeside Restaurant. The complimentary airport shuttle service significantly enhances our vacation experience, providing an stress-free transition between the hotel and the airport. Additionally, the convenient car drop-off upon our return home further contributes to our overall satisfaction. Best airport hotel I've stayed in. Super clean. Quiet room. Room was had everything king bed, couch, work desk, sitting area. There was a window you could open and even a view of trees and a small lake. The Lakeside Grill was convenient. The prices were in line with places that didn't seem nearly as nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff, location, shuttle, restaurant are all really, really good. Only glitch is the wi-fi has been down during two different stays within a month of each other (rooms 132, 134), but this visit all was fine. The only thing that some people might want is a comp breakfast, but we are usually gone so early for a flight that it doesn’t matter to us. Rooms will need some love in the next 12-14 months, but big and comfortable beds.

Perfect. I was picked up by the hotel shuttle w/in minutes of arrival. The receptionist asked what floor I preferred. I told her the top floor. She said ok, we will put you in the lake side room on the top floor. It was a stunning peaceful view of the lake surrounded by autumn trees, reflected in the water. The room was up to date, clean, & comfortable. I ate a nice dinner on site. The next morning I received a wake up knock as requested, and a hotel shuttle back to the airport. It was so easy and stress-free!

I've stayed at Radissons in the past, and this one was dated in comparison. The lobby was dirty, with hand prints and dust on the furniture. Kind of grimy, but it was just a one night stay for me. Plus the waitress for breakfast was so nice, as was the bartender the night before. The young guy who checked me in was so polite and great, and the young woman at the desk when I checked out was also so nice. So, the experience was redeeemed by your very good staff. Thanks goes out to them, but I might not choose to stay there again. For the price I paid, I'd say they could update the rooms a little and make sure it's CLEAN.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I found the staff friendly and accommodating and if you’re staying there before a flight, you can actually walk to the airport. You’ll find it’s a long walk from the front desk to the elevators or any of the rooms. However, don’t expect a whole lot from the Roses and Compass restaurant cause the food is mediocre. As for the banquet room, it’s a good size. The staff was fast, efficient, friendly, and funny. The food wasn’t half bad but not worth the $40 some odd dollars we paid per plate.
