Guest House Raleigh

My parents recently stayed at the Guest House Raleigh while in town, visiting me at school, and I visited them several times during their stay. We were all so impressed with this house! The house is so beautiful, and it has a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Staying there felt like a luxury service with how attentive they are to taking care of you and every little detail, such as stocking the rooms with everything you could need. The kitchen and lounge areas were cozy. My parents loved the complimentary breakfast items, which were such a nice touch. When you couldn't think it could get any better, the location is also ideal, right in downtown Raleigh, so they could easily walk to everything nearby. My parents felt right at home, and after seeing how great their stay was, I’m already planning to book a room for myself as a staycation.

We spent one night at Guest House and were impressed with all the extra little things provided for our comfort. The mini fridge in the room, with water and yogurt, was a nice treat. The house is well appointed and cozy. I look forward to staying again.

Exceeded expectations! Great location 4 minutes from my son's home so I was pleased at the convenience. Also walkability is great to nearby coffee/food/brewery and of course downtown! Nice touch was yogurts, granola and coffee complementary. Bedding and towels were super nice, too! Will return for sure.

The location was awesome. Almost everything we did was within walking distance. The Guest House was very quiet, romantic and spotless. The Guest House offered excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room had a warm and welcoming feeling. The setting is serene and my husband loved the readily available popcorn. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can get a babysitter.

We rented the entire inn for our wedding weekend. Great decision! The house was so comfortable and was fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more (emergency meds, toiletries, coffee, sparkling water, light breakfast foods like bananas/granola/yogurt). The location was perfect; walking distance to center of downtown. We even were able to host small gatherings (less than 30people) for our rehearsal dinner and farewell breakfast. The team running The Guest House are amazing. So grateful! Would highly recommend staying here when in Raleigh. I know we’ll be back.

We were in town for a concert at the Red Hat Amphitheater. This was the perfect place for walking to the venue and many local restaurants. There was also a convention occurring at the same time. The Guest House had several guests during our stay and it was extremely respectful and quiet during the night. The room was very comfortable and the community kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

We booked a room at Guest House last minute for a concert, and I’m so glad we did! The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and anything else you might need. All the thoughtful touches and amenities truly set Guest House apart from any other hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. If you have the chance to stay here, I highly recommend it!
