We had an amazing stay in a beautiful suite with a beautiful view. The only minus was that there was no hot water between 10 pm and 10 am. The "stay and play" reservation came with $100 free play and $50 breakfast credit. We got a 25% off coupon from our players card which we used at the steakhouse. Service was excellent and the sea bass was perfect. The cappuccino gelato was so good and came with a delicious chocolate and coconut cookie. The slot machines were lots of fun, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Positive: I stayed in the Alpine Tower. The room was spacious and newly remodeled. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Had a fridge and small kitchenette in it. A good value for what we paid Negative: There was clanking in the ceiling (old pipes?) all day and night. Kept my husband up, front desk while concerned about the noise did not adjust compensation for the interruption. There was no daily room cleaning/turndown service. No bathroom amenities
This place was amazing! Rana (spelling?) at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! The rooms were extremely clean and comfy and our view of the city was wonderful. We had dinner at Hannah's Table and all of the staff we encountered were great. Our waitress (I forgot her name, sorry) was very friendly and made a wonderful recommendation when I couldn't make up my mind ..lol. We will definitely stay again and reccomend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
I have not been able to try out the hotel yet even though I do have a one night comp to stay offered. I am having trouble booking that on mine, but I did have lunch at Hannah‘s restaurant the other day and definitely even if you’re not in the hotel, you need to try it. My friend and I ordered the spinach artichoke dip appetizer, which was huge and so good. It not only came with tortilla chips. It also had these garlic bread twist things filled with cheese. That was a surprise in itself. Our waiter, I believe his name is Danny was very polite, very attentive and friendly, but the manager supervisor I’m not too sure who he was. Andrew was very nice and professional and checked back with us a few times to make sure everything was OK and to our satisfaction, and it was also very nice to see someone not only dressed appropriately, but very comfortable in his own skin, where he did not look like he was out of place in his position. We also had the fish and chips to split, and I do not know how they make their tartar sauce, but it is amazing. Like I said, I am having trouble figuring out how to book the room from their website but when I do, I will let you know how the hotel section is. Definitely though try Hannah’s.
NOT A RESORT OF ANY KIND. Registration was quick and pleasant. Hallway smelled like spoiled seafood, the entire time. WiFi connection regularly dropped during work calls. Broken thermostat. No bedside clock. No hand soap in the bathroom. Window A/C sounds like a leaf blower when it’s blowing. Poor design of shower allowed for mold or goo or something in the corners and difficult to reach side by the handles. Sheets (all sheets) draped not tucked. Tucked the bottom sheet myself and my hand stuck to something on the bed base. Just nasty. Owner should be embarrassed.
Room was very nice and comfortable. Workout space was sufficient for what I needed for the 4 days I was there. Parking wasn’t my favorite—felt a little far, and was a little busy on Friday/Saturday night. I also was put right near the elevator which was fairly noisy for much of the night. But overall I’d stay here again. I recommend getting a Mountain View room. Appreciated seeing the temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the distance.
I won my very first jackpot here! $10,492.18 to be exact! The staff was super fast to get me paid and made sure that I was safe getting to my car. Very appreciative of them. Have been back several times since and with great results every time!
