Samantha was our salesperson, who was fantastic! From choosing the sofa that best worked for us to working with us on the fabric selection the toughest part. She showed us all the different sofas available that fit our lifestyle. Bassett makes incredible product and is American made which gave us more confidence to make our decision. I would first recommend Samantha, she can help you choose the right product for your needs. I recommend Bassett as well, a great local company to deal with! The delivery was smooth as silk, couch is beautiful!

Andrea, the sales associate, was friendly, caring, accommodating, and very pleasant to work with. She had good ideas and was very willing to consider all the options we needed. Never was she pushy just to make a sale, unlike so many of the other stores I visited. Andrea was very patient as we went back and forth over more than a week trying to work out the details and decide. In the end it was her genuine willingness to go the extra mile for us, so to speak, that convinced us to buy our furniture through Bassett, in addition to the quality products we will be getting. Definitely recommend Bassett and Andrea!

Owen & his team were great! Arrived ontime & handled everything with such care. They wrapped doorways & covered the floors to be sure not to damage new paint & flooring & offered to take their shoes off. This was white glove deliver service at its best.

What a delightful experience of ordering a custom made sofa from Bassett. It is even nicer than I had anticipated.
