Cinemark Reserve Lincoln Square — Dine-In 21+

Going to Cinemark is one of my favorite pastimes. I start by grabbing a pre-movie drink at the bar, where I usually order a People’s Margarita. The atmosphere at the bar can vary depending on the show and time of day. During peak movie times, ordering from the bar can be a bit hectic, so it’s best to be patient. However, on off-peak days, you can enjoy a relaxed and friendly conversation with the bartender. The theater itself is clean and well-maintained. The menu offers a variety of options, and ordering is super easy once you’re seated. Simply press a button to place your order, and your card will be swiped. You can continue ordering as needed throughout the movie. About three-quarters of the way through, your bill will be brought to you, ensuring that you’re all paid up before the movie ends. If you’re a drinker, I highly recommend asking ahead of time for last call to avoid ordering the last thing and missing it. As a movie club member, I also enjoy the discounts on concessions. Overall, I highly recommend the entire experience at this particular Cinemark theater.

The movie theatre still exudes a sense of newness and elegance. As far as I can tell, all theaters feature identical screen sizes. The sound system is top-notch, although it can be overwhelming at times. The seats are advertised as heated, but the lounge chairs did not seem to warm up effectively, even when I pressed the button to activate them. One major plus is the ability to order food from your seat with the click of a button, and the staff are prompt in their service. We tried the nachos, and the portion size was quite generous and reasonably priced. To be honest, I expected the prices to be significantly higher than those of regular cinemas, given the luxury and exclusive nature of this establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pricing was reasonable. That being said, the ticket prices are a bit steep, especially on Saturday nights, where they can cost about $21 after tax. Overall, I highly recommend giving this theatre a try.

I Wanted to come and check out this movie theater for sometime and finally was able to come. Had an amazing time,the service is amazing,the staff,the food,the drinks. I went home happy! Definitely will come again. I highly recommend 10/10

I am disappointed to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received, which fell short of expectations. Despite previously enjoying great service, the current management has failed to deliver. The servers lacked respect for consumers, demonstrated by their inability to take orders accurately and handle complaints professionally. On my last visit, I experienced issues with the reclining chair call button that didn’t work, which was dismissed by the server with a casual suggestion to use the button on the another chair. When I was finally able to placed my order, it was incorrect, and the server's attitude did not improve during the correction process. After requesting to speak with a manager, the order was finally processed correctly. However, I missed a good portion of the movie dealing with this situation. When I was exiting, I attempted to request a to-go box for leftover food, the server became agitated, and despite the manager intervening, the situation escalated with the server making (gang sign)gestures that suggested a desire for confrontation. Given the subpar experience, I would advise against patronizing this establishment until significant improvements are made. Go to another theater.

My favorite theatre to go to in bellevue! Food is delicious, but a bit overpriced. You’d probably be better off getting something more cheap at lucky strike if you’re looking for a quick snack lol. Their balcony is amazing and lounge area is nice as well! The staff can be a hit or miss at this theatre, depending on the day you go, but a majority of them seem to put some effort into their jobs. One time they forgot my drink for half the movie, but mistakes happen. The movie auditorium themselves have comfortable seatings along with recliners and buttons to press to order food! Although, the theatres can get pretty crowded during the premiere of bigger films. Of course the best part: NO KIDS! Would def come back! 🙂

It’s been consistent excellent service over the years for me for both morning or evening showings. Staff are welcoming and quick on their toes to get the orders. I would either go straight to the showing to order drinks and food or take my sweet time to drink at the bar, play pool, or step out to the balcony. I highly recommend this place!

First timer here!! Had an excellent experience - the lounger chairs were so comfortable and loved how spacious it was. Only 4 stars as it took over 40 minutes for our drinks to get to us.
