Eco Car Cafe - Bellevue Place

Fantastic and professional service. I am a busy mom with lots of small children are car was absolutely disgusting with old food crumbs, dog fur, and everything else you can think of when I got my car back. It looked like it was brand new. I told my husband, this is what I want for my birthday every year.

I was super sad when the Bellevue Acura dealer quit doing detailing, because they always did a really nice job. However; after some exploring around, I found my way to Eco Car Cafe. They have detailed both the interior and exterior of both my car, and my dad's car. They do a very thorough, careful job and I have been delighted with the results. I will happily continue to come to Eco Car Cafe for my detailing in future.

Beautiful job of restoring the finish on my ten year old car which sits outside every day, so lots of pollen and dust in cracks and crannies. Inside was cleaned immaculately. Very happy with the job.

I detailed cars professionally for four years, so I have high standards for car detailing. I’ve been super impressed by the last 3 details they’ve done for me. I especially like how they use steam on the interiors and minimize chemical use. The team all seems to be well trained. Highly recommend.

He apologized and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right, showing a strong commitment to their service standards. Although I was disappointed by my first experience, Joel and his team completely turned it around. I’ll be returning, five stars for excellent customer service.
