Oskoo Persian & Mediterranean Market

We live in Seattle and had a friend pick up food for our party. The owner was extremely helpful. Helped with the quality for 25+ adults. Everyone LOVED every bite. Rice fresh. Kabob and bread underneath delicious and the chicken was gone within minutes. Prices well for a takeout and I highly recommend supporting this amazing business. Wish you would open one up in Seattle !!

The owner and his son are extremely kind. However, the people working at the register, specifically the younger two women are anything but that. They are so extremely rude and dismissive. They treat everyone so terribly. This goes for those who are Persian and those who are not. If I ever need anything, I will just go to Rose Market down the road because their customer service is a worlds difference. Based of the 1 star comments below, seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I would expect management to have a coaching matter with the appropriate employees before more customers are deterred from coming here.

Great selection of food items, dairy, frozen, etc. They have great variety of rice, bulgur, spices, teas, unusual juices, pastries, coffee, highly recommend! My favorite is the bakery/dessert section. They have all kinds of fresh baklava and other traditional Persian pastries, all made with some honey, not sugar syrup (unusual in US in my experience). Also some more Western desserts: cheesecakes, Napoleon, tiramisu (not a fan).

I've been driving by this place for months and finally decided to check it out, mainly because of the baklava poster. All I can say about this place is that the homeless man selling newspapers by my grocery store has better customer service than the cashier who was working there on Sunday around noon. Not only did he not say a word to me, but he also handed the receipt to my brother, who was just standing off to the side, instead of me, the one who was handling the payment. As I was leaving the store, I heard the cashier say something, but it wasn't to us. It was to the male customer who was behind us. So he CAN talk

Wonderful people very helpful, worth the wait, they have fresh veggies and fruit, exciting Persian items a bakery stuff and they have a new restaurant close by and it’s awesome as well! You have to try it!

I used to go to store in renton to get Ayran and other stuff. Thanks for opening this store in Bellevue, I'll come here when I don't want to drive to renton. Renton has many options and prices pretty fair too. They have good varieties too. I felt shopping in Turkey.

Most definitely the best organized and cleanest Mediterranean grocery store I have ever visited in the U.S. Beautifully arranged packages of all your hard to find essentials, from mint water to rose water, turmeric sugar cubes to specialty teas, olives, fruit leather, and all kinds of spices. Lots of quick dinner helps in seasoning packets with recipes on the side, too. Very good shop with all manner of dry goods, even lentils and chick pea flour. Easy parking. Bring your own shopping bag to save a few cents. Great shop!!
