Super unique bar with delicious house-infused spirits. They host various events so check before you go to see what vibe you’re looking for! The drinks are great and the owners/bartenders are super welcoming to all! It’s a very inclusive place with great local art on display which rotates every few weeks so there’s always something fresh to see.
Excellent service and drinks. Great art. Grab a drink and check out the art. Come here if you want a unique Durham experience or if you just want a chill night with a great bartender.
This is a great local bar that is working very hard to provide all kinds of community involvement programming in the arts. They seem especially interested in providing inclusive events for a wide range of people. In a giving week you can go to shibari night, creative movement, LGBTQ specific events, etc. Also they provide gallery space for local artists with new shows about every 90 days or so. A very very welcoming, inclusive place for everyone. Also, the most important thing: they make really good drinks.
From the fresh delicious cocktails, to beautiful art, to great ambiance, this is a lovely place to visit. Love how some of the drinks are refreshing like Safe Word or a lovely salty element like Unencumbered. Would absolutely recomend just to see the wallpaper in the bathroom.
Love this bar, excellent unique cocktails, lots of warm ones for winter, with fun board games, beautiful art, and great ambiance thanks to the dark wave music spinning. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
This is the bar Durham needed. The space is beautiful and wonderfully showcases local art. The owners and staff were so fun and friendly! I went last night and the cocktails were so solid. Can’t wait to go back.
Fantastic atmosphere. It does not show up as a bar on the general search but it is in that it serves great tasting drinks. The local art and art events are what set the vibe here. The staff are all super nice too. Highly recommend for a drink or to find your next art piece
