Customer service is good, additionally they offer a variety of products both used and new in the box. Downside is the presence of Bed Bugs. I purchased a recliner and as soon as na sit was loaded into my truck bed bug eggs and bed bugs wee visible crawling everywhere. Was lucky enough they made an exception to their final sales rule and refunded me, but that was after being told no once I had to request a manager but once he arrived I was helped promptly.

Experienced road rage in the parking lot I was waiting a parking spot with my turn signal, when A woman came barreling down in hopes to swoop in but I blocked it in time it upset the woman and her teen daughters so much so they resorted to cussing me out I waited in my car for them to walk in the store in order to make sure they didn’t damage my car /her daughter started recording me as they walked in the store. they started talking about me right when I walked in, in hopes I’d respond back, but I just confided in a worker who heard me out for my concern of safety since I was bymyself. so I just want to thank Valerie for trying her best to help me out in this unfortunate situation

The selection of clothes is good, it smells nice in here and I appreciate the organization however, some of the workers are unprofessional in how they treat and talk to and about guest. Its uncomfortable but if you zone that part out, you good. Just take some headphones.

Was literally begging to buy this record holder that they put out without a tag. They had pricers there yet refused to put a sticker on it and sell it to me. While it is store policy it is also a good way to deny customers spending money here. Weird policy. I prolly wont come back cause i want to actually buy things at the stores i go to.

Love this thrift store! Items are fairly priced compared to other thrifts, but I noticed they recently changed or added a new air freshener that smells like pumpkin & cinnamon. I hate to say it but it is WAY too strong. I walked out with a headache and only spent half of the time I would normally spend because I couldn’t put up with such a strong smell. 🙁 I overheard another costumer also talking about how strong the smell was and how she "felt like she was going to throw up" Everything else is great! Just wish they would tone it down or just get rid of it. I mean this will all due respect🤗

Spent an hour looking for work skirts or pants. I’m a curvy girl so it took for ever finally found one and I bought about 50 dollars worth of other clothing. The one skirt I found that fit perfect had the color for the price that was 5 dallars he was aware it cost 5 dollars but it had no tag so he could not sell it to me and I said no problem I’ll wait for it to get priced.. so he said he couldn’t because it would take two days to priced… waste of time for sure don’t have many days off sooo yeah not going back there

We love coming here! Everything is so very well organized. This place does not smell bad like other thrift store we’ve been too. Clothing is color coordinated as well as pants and coats are separated in a very open space, this allows you to shop freely. Dressing rooms are big in size always very clean and if you have kiddos is great because you can all fit inside just fine. They also have a wide variety of shoes, kids clothing, men clothing, household items. Today they had soooo many high heels "Miss Lola" brands at a very affordable price! One hundred percent I recommend this place.
