Don’t waste your money! This place is completely dishonest. I specifically called to ask if they had experience cleaning quinceañera dresses, and the man assured me that they specialize in formal wear like quinceañera and wedding gowns. As you can see from the photos, the dress is still dirty—it looks like nothing was done at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t take "before" pictures, but the difference is nonexistent. What’s even more frustrating is that this so-called service cost $250! He gave me $35 off when he saw how upset I was, but honestly, I could have done a better job myself. Extremely disappointing.

I am truly grateful for Jack and Rosa, they are amazing. I called like about 10 cleaners and none of them did same day service. Literally, Falcon Ridge Cleaners was the last call and chance to get my clothes cleaned and right away Jack said yes we are able to help you. Very respectful and helpful gentleman . I was able to pick up my clothes within a couple of hours and they left them in perfect conditions, wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this place, more like 10 stars.

Hello. Everyone out there These people are very dishonest. They damage your clothes. Tell you they are going to repair them or replace them. And never do I left them 2 pair of brand new pants to be pressed, and they damage them. I told them where I bought them from, and all they had to do was go online and pay for them. They lied to me and told me that we can't find them anywhere. I told them. where I bought them. And how much they cost. Just give me a check. They Told me Okay, come back next week. I come back next week They tell me. Oh, my wife found them online. It was just a excuse after excuse after excuse, I gave them over 4 months to replace my pants. I Come back and they tell me, oh, because you left your clothes here so long we had to turn them in, we can't keep them well, why didn't you replace them? So anyway, they are thieves, dishonest people I would never ever leave my clothes there. I hope that you have better luck than I did. And by the way, I have been taking my clothes there for over 10 years and this is the thanks that I get

Highly recommend. They were a life saver. They worked with me and dry cleaned my uniform same day on a Saturday. This was after I had picked up my uniform from another dry cleaners only to show up and they notified me that they never got to my uniform and couldn't dry clean it after having it for one week.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. My mother brought in one of her favorite dresses to be cleaned, and they completely ruined it. The fabric was damaged and discolored when she picked it up. I tried to be patient and called three different times to give them a chance to make things right, but she was completely ignored. No one called us back, no apology, no accountability nothing. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you value your clothes or your time, stay far away from this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation.
