I like this place; they always have pretty clothes, and I can see the employees trying to keep the store nice and clean.
SO HORRIBLE!!! I had an online order that never got fulfilled. So I went into the store and brought my item. I'm trying to cancel my online order because the employees don't do their job and fulfill it. The girl on the office said until someone picks the item I won't be able to cancel it. It's going on a week and my item still hasn't been picked. If I can do negative stars I would.
Genuinely the worst Sephora I have been to. The workers are just gosipping and talking in the corner the entire time. I walked around the entire store multiple times and they did not bother to help, and when I asked for help they couldn't of been bothered to help. The store itself was so disgusting and dirty nothing in stock and everything is empty.
Prices are really high and things are not organized well. But, when I get a 30% coupon, I'll shop there. If I don't have a coupon, I stay away. Sucks that they limit the coupon usage so much now. You used to be able to use it on almost anything. I understand excluding electronics, I'm sure they don't make much on those. But it seems like more and more things are being excluded.
Value member for so many years payment always on time I forgot to pay a order that I did for 25$ using the credit card kohls 2 day after due day they charge me 15$ late fee I don't think so is fair owning a bit and charging a late fee becareful people using the card i will no be using that card for some time since I don't need it I only use it when I need some stuff for my kids that I have the money for I will go others store instead
It’s always a game of find where they moved the Amazon return booth. Now that’s it’s up front you have to wait for them to serve all other customers before someone assists you. Then they have an incessant alarm noise that’s been going on for months. I don’t know how the workers bare it.
