Ace Hardware of Fremont

I always enjoy shopping here at the garden section. So many interesting plants to choose from. They are also a hardware supply store and they have knife sharpening and key making services. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The checkout is fast and efficient. And they have Tesla supercharger station - a huge bonus point! I saw a cat sleeping on a bag of soil and a little girl started playing with it. Super cute sight! Check out! it is posted in a video here.

The Dale's Ace hardware is fully stocked with just about anything a person is needing for a fixer up, project or home renovations. Their garden supplies and plants are good also. We could spend hours window shopping or buying. It's nice having an associate available for expert advice ready to help or direct you to the appropriate isle.

If you're sick of going to hardware stores where the employees have no clue where things are located, don't know the products, and can't answer questions you may have to solve your home and garden problems, you probably should just come to Dale Hardware. I've been going to Dale Hardware for decades, and I can honestly say that there's really no hardware store that compares to Dale's when it comes to customer service. The employees here are friendly and knowledgeable, and there have been very few times when I've gone in that they haven't been able to help me solve a home or garden problem. The store carries a wide variety of products, has a drive in lumberyard, a fairly extensive and well taken care of garden center, and just recently opened a pet supply area. For those who love unique houseplants, the store also occasionally gets some pretty difficult to find plants coming through. The store is clean, well organized, and there is plenty of parking. Overall, it's a great local hardware store that is definitely worth checking it.

I just called in to ask if they had a specific product in stock and the customer service was subpar. The lady that talked to me just hung up the phone once I was notified my item was in stock. I've been shopping here for years and thought that was a terrible experience that doesn't match up to my overall experience.

Went to this store to buy a lawn mover. I had already decided what to buy before going in there so I simply needed to walk in buy the unit walk out. I found the aisle where they are, then went to the customer service desk at 3:50 to ask for help. The person at the service desk announced it and I started waiting, after 20 minutes no one showed up and I went to the service desk again. This time someone chatting over there came over to help and they tried to sell me the floor model. Then they said I can go to the online pickup area and buy it and pay it over there when I said I need an unopened one to fit it in my car. Went to the I line pick up area, I saw 2 people there I said hi to one and he nodded with his head and walk past me and the other one who was sitting stood up to turn her back. Drove out of the place 30 minutes later to buy it from Lowe's. What a joke of a business and a waste of time...

There is no hardware store that has helpful employees like Dale hardware. Also you can always find what you are looking for. I know this is why myself and others keep coming back.

Such a perfect place to visit for home needs. I was able to get my coffee maker here. It works best, got it at a good price. I will surely visit this place again in the future. Thank you so much Ace Hardware of Fremont. Your staffs were amazing.
