• I bought shoes at Marshalls on Jan 1, 2026. • Later, I couldn’t find them and called the store. I told the manager i either left them in the basket or the store not sure she said no problem just bring your receipt back and we will issue u a refund I said really? She said yes • When you went to the store, that same employee denies saying that and has been arguing with you. • Another manager says they need to check the cameras before issuing a refund. • The employee claimed a pair of shoes with a gift receipt might be yours, and said she put them back on the shelf—but it’s not your shoes. How can a manager of a store put back a pair of shoes that a customer bought for a gift back on the shelf? How do I know that somebody didn’t bring them in from outside and bring them back and put them back on the shelf she says that I walked out with them. I bought a pizza oven that didn’t work when I got home, and Marshalls refused to accept the return. Overall, a very bad experience with awful customer service. They didn’t seem to care that I’m a member of their stores. When they refused to return, I left the item there that I don’t want to carry faulted appliance to my home.

A store I visit sometimes to pass time while my car is charging nearby. Sometimes I enjoy exploring and finding great brands at bargain prices.

Great selection every time at this location. I found the trending women's suit jacket blazers that I had been searching for at Zara. Never found any I liked at Zara, but Marshall's had a ton by Rachel Zoe. Also, I noticed that they now sell Zara items! I picked up a greige, sage, and houndstooth pattern. Also picked up some earthy toned pants. Funny thing is I went for pants, stayed for the suit jackets and picked up a few extra goodies along the way 😁
