We couldn't be happier with our experience at Furniture Directs2U. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and introduced to the store. The staff were attentive without being pushy, which made the shopping experience hassle-free. The quality of the furniture is unbeatable, and it's evident that the owner and his team take great pride in their products. The owner clearly has a genuine love for the design and quality of the items he offers. I also appreciate how the showroom is unpretentious. The delivery service was one of the best we've ever experienced. Unlike the nightmare deliveries we've had from big box stores in the past, these guys were professional, careful, courteous, and respectful. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner. I would have furnished my entire house with their products.

Dealing with the staff at Furniture Direct in Fremont has been a truly positive experience. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I ordered a storage bed with specific requirements, and it was delivered precisely on the scheduled day. The delivery team was also excellent – professional, considerate, efficient, and tidy. The bed itself is very well-made and exactly what I was looking for, which is saying something, as I can be quite particular! There was DOG POOP ON A MATTRESS!!!! This store has quite literally claimed and falsely advertised that it has been closing for well over 2.5 years….and honestly it should. I went in looking for some stuff for my house, all of it was ASTRONOMICALLY over priced and DIRTY, not like a little dusty I mean DIRTY. And there was actual poop (assuming dog but I don’t know) and it was not new poop that was sitting on one of their for sale mattresses. I was disgusted.

Delivered on time. Very nice handling. Gave pretty good discount and I was able to fit all furnitures I need in my budget. Happy to deal with them again.

Bought a couch from FD for $600. It was terrible quality and we threw it out after a few months. Just a waste of money. All you need to know is that they have had "going out of sale, up to 70% off" signs up constantly for the past 7+ years. You cannot trust anything they say, it’s all blatant false advertising.

My chairs are black velvet I covered them but Sonny is great he’ll definitely get you what you want and with great customer service. My family I I have shop with him for years,Shay 😀 Ty sonny

I got a dining table set and sofa from them. They were able to beat the lowest price available online and also offered free delivery and $40 flat assembly. The owners are also nice people. They may not have lot in store but you can order items from the booklet. I would recommend them.
