Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Most meats were gone or looked very old. And if I get a burrito with almost nothing in it, why do you roll it into a ball?? Staff were standoffish and awkward with all customers. Dining room was filthy. The lemonades in the machine weren’t circulating and looked old. Half of the sodas tasted like soap. All this at a slow time when there were many customers at all

Placed a pickup order at around 2:50pm to be picked up by my husband at 10:30pm. When the food was picked up, my husband complained to staff that the food was cold. The staff replied that they had prepared the order over an hour ago and there was nothing they could do. I believe they prepared the food at 3pm, when the order came in. Lettuce was wilted and brown. Guac was brown. Disgusting food. There is NO WAY this food was only an hour old.

It’s Chipotle, very consistent and convenient. Well trained, friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and well organized

They forgot the guacamole.They forgot the utensils.The bowl was completely ice cold.This isn't the first time , and now the restaurant is closed and I was charged for the guacamole

Do not recommend this place. Worker had an attitude with me asking me if I was picking up or a DoorDash driver and I told him no. He then proceeded to tell me why I didn’t walk in the L. No one was inside making an order except me and I told him why did it matter if I walked up to him and he was at the register. He proceeded to tell me it matters because it confuses them. If that confuses you I don’t even want you to take my order. He then asks me when I wanted to get and I told him I was good. I’m not gonna order food of a guy that receives clients like that and gets confused apparently because I walked up to him to order food. This is my first and last time coming to this location.

Im not sure how this place has 4 stars. Im guessing it depends on the time and day u go. I wanted to come here because all the chipotles where i stay have bad reviews. Saw this had 4 stars and someone may want to verify those. When i walked in tbere was a homeless man in the corner by the vending machine. Granted a worker named Jenny had to escort them out. I ordered my bowl and got to the register and asked the guy for a clementine and instead be gave me 2 cups of ice… ice and clementine dont even sound alike LOL. He looked at me funny when i told him i wanted a clementine and so i had to reiterate for him the Izze. Come to find out the flavor they didnt even have lol. Safe to say i wont be back to this location… as i was walking out another homeless man was walking in. May need to hire security or lock the doors
