I stopped in here, not looking for anything in particular, and was pleasantly surprised with the nicest, largest, and most surprising Ace hardware out there. They have amazing sections of power tools, gardening🎍 equipment and supplies, hand ⛏️🧰🪛🪚🛠️ tools and 🔩 hardware, 🎨 paint, decor, and more. The staff here are also very pleasant and helpful, and they even have a covered outdoor section with plenty of outdoor furniture, planting pots, mulch and soil. This location also has ♿ handicap accessible parking, 🚻 restrooms, and wide aisles.

Nice big Ace Hardware store for all your hardware needs! This is actually the nicest Ace Hardware I've ever been in! Very clean and well laid out! There's everything from kitchen utensils, bogg bags, and Carhartt jackets, shirts ect... I would bet if you need it they have it! You should honestly go check it out!!

I came into the store looking for some gift cards. I stopped to ask a short haired lady (apparently I miss gendered) for some from help her. Her reply to me after I said ma’am, will you help me, her response to me was In a hateful tone of voice, she replied to me"WHAT?" Like I was being an inconvenience to her wanting to help. Not how may I help you? Or any pleasant type of reply. Our society is falling apart, and it’s people like this that are breaking down the glue. Everyone else I spoke to at the store was very pleasant. That’s the reason I didn’t give the Store a one star review.

This store has a bit of everything! Grilling, gardening, paints, tools, hardware, plumbing, automotive, housewares... HOLY COW! Super helpful and friendly staff, too! This is definitely a place I will be hitting frequently as we tackle our many DIY projects around the house.

This is the brand new Ace hardware in Westlake this is the biggest Ace hardware I've ever seen this place is amazing two gentlemen by the name of Frank and Lawrence were extremely helpful to me if you come here I definitely suggest that you speak to them they're very knowledgeable and helpful and if they just see you walking around they're going to come ask you for help anyway friendly guys definitely definitely a place worth coming to check out and definitely telling your friends and family to come to they're giving your enemies this place is the biggest and best ASAP ever been to probably the biggest one in America I've no doubt so come check it out

I bought an EGO Electric leaf blower here on December 16, 2024 ( 11 months ago). It stopped working. Called manufacturers to get warranty done (it's a 5 year warranty). They would not unless I provided receipt. Went back to store and asked. They would not provide receipt and store Manager, Cindy, didn't even have the character to come out and discuss options. Sent a minion out to run me off. I paid top dollar for this $400 blower. I will not be back. They are over priced and under deliver. If I'd gone to Home Depot they'd of replaced in first year on the spot. No questions when bought on the HD CC. boo Ace. They unhelpful hardware people.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They helped find what i needed quickly! In a society where time is so limited, having someone to help you goes a long way!
