I had a broken seam on my Maxi Scooter Seat. The technicians at Tapia’s Upholstery did not only repair the seat— they made it look like brand new. I could not be happier. And then you get friendly and fast service on top— that’s the way you run a small business!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Don't ever come to this worthless business... these guys have a horrible customer service! Then there seats are even worse! They say they have so many sponsor's because there seats are "comfortable" clearly the owner never sat on his own seats. I've sat on not only my seat but others aswell and all you feel is the material that's used to build the base of the seat(wood) no comfortability. Do not waste your 300-500 on a worthless seat from this trash of a business. You rather get your ebike seat made from a local upholstery for cheaper and better quality . Not only the seat and customer service is horrible. They try to upcharged everything. They also lie alot! And the wood comes damaged most of the seats they ship out. Warn you now don't purchase from here !if I could would give this business a 0 star review ! Do not buy !

Met these guys at a e bike event in Long Beach called electrify. Saw that they made custom seats and they were explaining how much more comfortable they are than stock. I called and ordered a seat for my super 73 and expressed to them that I need it to be thicker and more comfortable than stock. I paid $360 and when the seat arrived it was the exact same thickness as my stock seat. I called and they said sorry they saw a note that I wanted it thicker but sent the wrong one. They said to send mine back and they will resend the correct seat the next day. They received my seat 2 weeks ago and everyday for 2 weeks I have called and texted them to get the run around. They tell me that the are busy, that they need to talk to the maker, that they are at an event. They even said not to worry they will send it asap. Today I ask them to give me an update and I can see that they are reading my texts but they are not responding or answering the phone. I’ve asked them for a refund and they keep saying they will send the seat. This is the worse communication I have ever experience from a company

These folks are top notch. Service was fast and my new speakers sound awesome. Staff was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Will be making a new appointment in the future for my custom seat covers and antenna replacement.

I ordered a seat from this company(ONYX RCR) and oh god I have to say this was my worse mistake spending $ 400 on. For one customer service is horrible and do not listen to what you want and try to upcharge for more $$ if so. Customer service takes years to reply on there business hours. But there really quick to get you to purchase a seat and take your money! Then take years to reply and they leave out tracking I had to beg them to finally send me tracking. My seat arrived the first time and the seat was so bad my bottom was getting so numb I talked to them about it after complaining alot and a dispute they finally send me a label to send it back so we agreed to fix it because it was unbearable seat was super uncomfortable. The wood manufacturing is horrible too all broken on the bottom. So they got my seat back they added more cushion they tried charging me extra $60 I said No because we agreed he was going yo fix it on the phone. So when they finally fixed it, it took a month or 2 for them to finally get to it and asking for updates they wont even talk to you . You have to keep asking and asking because all they do is leave you on seen. But I received the seat after they fix it the wood still looks the same all clapped out and the seat is uneven and my logo isn't centered anymore. These guys don't quality check there seats before shipments. And they didn't send me back the bolts that came with the seat... Hopefully you guys take this in and decide for your self if you like to purchase !
