Always a good place to find good deal on nice stuff. We come here first great prices

Go downstairs for backstage sale items, not for me though; old designs and quality of the products didn’t make an impression

Definitely wonderful store. I love ❤️ to visit all products that are sofisticated and we can always find good reasonable prices in amazing products. Definitely, it's a store that makes me my day happy .

The guy that helped me was very polite. I asked if after my purchase he could hold my bag of clothing while I went to the restroom. Very accommodating to me- I'm a 70 yr senior.

Macy's is so bad nowadays. Hardly any employees unless you are in the fragrance department. We where in the fragrance department for less than 5 minutes and we had at least 4 if not five associates approach us asking if we needed help. They saw us say no to others yet still approached us. Very disgusting.

I love Macy's. I love shopping. But there is not enough help and not enough stock to make this a pleasant experience. I've spent way too many hours in this store trying to find items actually in stock.

Not satisfied for the stock of the shelves. You can find lots of sale item online better. Backstage is for overstocked or returned item, it is difficult to find merchandise for your fit
