Ross Dress for Less

Located conveniently inside the Bridgepoint Shopping Center in Foster City, easily accessible via HWY-92 or HWY-101. Haven't been here in years, as I moved away to the South Bay, I was pleasantly surprised to find cool shoes & outfits I didn't see at other Ross stores. The saleslady was really nice, I wish the store manager realizes how lucky to have employees that exemplify customer service; making the visit & purchase that much more satisfying.

Good sized Ross. Easy parking. Good selection of items. There are sometimes a million ant theft tags going off... beeping... it's crazy making. Ventilation in store is poor.

Line disgustingly long… why? TWO cashiers! Was going to buy some things but genuinely not worth the time. Maybe consider self checkout kiosks… and up the security there.

Love this place always have new stuff very good deal

Today I had one of the worst experiences at Ross. I waited over 20 minutes in line, with only two registers open, and the store was a complete mess. When it was finally my turn, one of the items I wanted to buy didn’t have a price tag. Instead of trying to find the price or call someone for help, the cashier just told me I’d have to leave the item because "there was nothing he could do." I said I’d wait while he checked, since I came to the store specifically for that item. He rolled his eyes, left the register, and eventually found the price. but when he came back, he practically threw the item at me, as if I was bothering him by insisting on buying it. I also asked for a bag, and he said there were none, again with a bad attitude, sighing and being incredibly rude the entire time. To top it all off, he got visibly annoyed because I paid with a $100 bill. I really hope Ross starts hiring people who actually want and need to work.

Completely disaster: always endless waiting but seeing staff walking around without enough cashier; alarms ring forever but no one cares the siren. Must not go store.

Just stopped by to see what they had first time I didn't get anything
