Kohl's

I recently stopped by Kohl’s to shop for some baby items, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much they had to offer. From baby clothes and blankets to gear like strollers and toys, Kohl’s truly covers all the essentials for little ones—and then some! What I love most is that Kohl’s is more than just a clothing store. You can find a wide range of household goods, decor, kitchen items, and more. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for one thing and walk out with a cart full of great finds. The store has a warm, welcoming vibe, and the layout makes browsing a breeze. While prices can be a little on the higher side, especially for brand-name items, there are always great deals, clearance racks, and Kohl’s Cash rewards that help balance it out. Plus, the quality is consistently solid—you know you’re getting good value. Whether you’re shopping for your baby, your home, or a last-minute gift, Kohl’s makes the experience easy and enjoyable. Friendly staff, clean stores, and a wide selection keep me coming back again and again.

I was trying on dresses and there was this gold button black dress that I really liked, the price on it was 67.95 or something like that and the lady looked up the price with the scanner and the price on the scanner was 129.99. She said "I will have to take this to customer service and reduce the price." She came back and said "This dress is not for sale." My mom said that technically they can't do that. Just so you know Kohl's you really do know how to break a lady/girls heart. If you were any kind of a business or people you would say, hey we will honor the 67.95 but if you don't take it we will box it up. They never did that. So I settled with one that I did like but I really did like that black one. Thank you Kohl's for showing me that I will not be shopping with you ever again. If I could rate you a 0 I would. I would say that you are all about the might dollar and not about people's feelings. I would never ever ever in my life Shop or give you any of my money ever again. This has not happened to us once this has happened liked two or three times this has happened. I wanted you know how much I dislike you Kohl's.

It has been a long time since I've seen anything so well designed to alienate customers while making them feel the company believes them to be ignorant as the checkout lanes at Kohl's. It took over 12 minutes for me to navigate the rat's maze that leads up to the cashiers the entire time surrounded by products that few people would want to buy. It's clear by the sure link of the maze Kohl's intends to keep you there a long time. I originally walked out of the store before getting into the light but had to have a pair of pads for work tomorrow so I went back in. I leave today knowing it will be a long time before I return there are just too many more options in the world that treat me better.

Adidas clothes are my favorite style of clothing from lounging to activewear...and Kohls alwayz has great deals. And the checkout service is always fast and easy. I enjoy the easy access to everything Adidas because it is right up front by the checkout lanes. For today, i chose Kohls.

I purchased some chair cushions online and went in to return them. They told me i needed an order number OR the card used to pay for it. So I had to leave to get the card and the order number. Came back with both. Then a person claiming to be the manager told me it couldn't be returned because their system couldn't find the product. I stormed out and went to the kohls by dawley farms and they gave me my money back. Shocker. Never going to the kohls on louise again. Lazy people who can't do their jobs.

We had to wait for 3 employees to talk to each other for several minutes (one facing us and 1 sideways, who we could see could've easily noticed us), before one finally decided to acknowledge that we were the only people in line to checkout. Clearly nothing urgent, because when their conversation finally ended, 1 started taking clothes from a return pile to restock them, 1 went to close out her register and "Tina" gave in and said "I can help you here." Suggestion: just acknowledge your customers & let them know you will be with them shortly if you do have something you want/ need to do that you think is more important than the customer waiting to check out.

Anna was my checkout person today. She is an amazing person! She was so kind and considerate, very helpful. Anna is the reason to shop at Kohls, she represents what great customer service should be. Thank you Anna!!!
