4.5/5 I Was There Today For The Fantastic Four Premiere. And It Was Great! The Staff Are Friendly And Helped Me A Lot To Get The Collectibles From The Movie! The IMAX Screen Is Huge And Crisp, And The sound Is Spectacular. The Only Thing I Would Improve Is The Seats, There Is Just A Little Space To Maneuver And Move Around, Everything Else Is 10/10.

Visited New Years Day 2026 to see Zootopia with the grandkids. Purchased tickets in advance. Line to get in was out the door. There was no way to scan tickets at the door and no one checking tickets at the front desks. We stood and waited while 4 people at the refreshment stand, I assume were checking/scanning tickets while also selling drinks, popcorn, and etc. while waiting in line, I saw others just walking in a side door and going on back towards the theaters. I’m honest so I didn’t do that. Finally made it to the counter after our movie had started and presented my tickets on my phone to the counter person. She said "I don’t need to see that". What? I’ll guarantee you those people coming in the side door never purchased tickets. Just walked right in. There needs to be a better check in process. We purchased 4 medium drinks costing nearly $30. Our tickets for 2 adults 2 kids over $50. If I were dishonest, I could have just walked right in without tickets too. This was very unfair and what’s the purpose of purchasing tickets online? It offers no added convenience at this location.

New to town and I’m a movie lover. The price of going to the movies makes it an excursion vs experience. The cost has skyrocketed. Tickets now have options bigger screens, better audio and you pay. Concessions are more. Two people tix, popcorn, 1 large pop and two candies, $80 dollars, and I’m rounding down. With these prices, reclined larger seats with trays, butler waiters, and premium picture and audio should be standard for $80. For one visit. Theaters need to make the cost worth the visit to keep consumers coming vs waiting for the movie to come to a streaming platform they already pay for. And to top this off, the concession cashiers need to check their attitudes at the door. Last thing I need after handing you my money is attitude when I ask for a paper tray to share my popcorn.

Good seating and variety of movies and experiences. The convenience fee when ordering online is ridiculous and annoying enough we always just order our tickets when we get there if possible. Sadly couldn't for the Lord of the Rings release with how fast seats were going though. Movies still starting half an hour after their advertised start date is crazy too.

NO STARs. Place sucks big time. Theater advertised the New Elvis movie as IMAX sold us tickets ahead of time and then only are going to show it in a standard screen. Takes your money and does not deliver. Never again at this theater.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Soda machines were out of ice and soda was lukewarm/ flat - completely unacceptable at the price of 8 bucks for a drink. Additionally mid movie the screen cut out which again - if your going out for a movie at these prices the expectation is not to sit in a dirty theater for an interrupted movie screening. Finding staff to rectify the issue was difficult as the only people seeming to manage the place are working concessions. Would like a refund and new management. Will not be returning.

20 minutes before the movie ends and the freaking theater lights come on. Seriously?? Totally ruins the atmosphere of the show Spoke to an employee about it who simply said it's all controlled by a program.
