This major chain of shopping doesn't have the old time feel to me I think things changed after the big C. But, love shopping there.

Still a great anchor store for this mall. A really nice lady helped my son in the suit department, getting him fit for a European cut for those young and skinny fellas and showing him his preferred brands. The guy who checked us out was friendly and cheery as well. It was a pleasant experience with a familiar atmosphere.

I’ve always liked JCPenney, but this location is seriously lacking. I’ve visited four times since last summer and have never been greeted or offered assistance—there’s essentially no customer service. On top of that, the selection is very limited due to the store’s small size, making it difficult to find what I need.

Best JCP I have ever visited. Staff were friendly and very very helpful. The Manager extremely knowledgeable and very good with guest in the store and his co workers. My family will for sure be returning and shopping at this store from now on.

Frances is amazing!!! I hate shopping for myself & get discouraged easily but she wouldn't let me give up and I found several items. I will be back because of her!

Got shoes for my Husband and I for a good price. The sales are always good. The staff were nice and everyone we came across asked if we were finding everything ok.

Very friendly staff. My husband and I went in close to closing time and they still had the same friendliness. Great place to find deals for men's clothing.
