Marshalls

This Marshalls is very organized every time I go! The staff is friendly and there are plenty if you need something, there's always someone around to help. The young girl at the checkout counter was so sweet that my one year old kept calling her "mama"!😂 The only thing that was not very pleasant is shopping for lotions or soap there because a lot of the bottles are sticky. I'm sure that's from customers that try to smell them and "accidentally" spill.🙄 Thankfully I have wet wipes for my kids on me all the time. I've never used the restroom there so not sure what that's like.

Oh I found my new favorite store the stuff was great I have never been in a Marshalls before and I just loved it. It was very busy the Christmas clearance was awesome the store was clean and well organized the staff was great they have some great stuff in this store from clothes to purses and wallets. Kitchen and bathroom decor. Great price's also got me a great pair of boots I just love Marshalls I believe you will to.

We recently had the pleasure of being assisted twice in one visit to the Marshalls store in Tyler Texas by a wonderful employee named Linda Johnson. She went all out to help us twice during our visit. She is an absolute jewel and a valuable team member for the Tyler location. Thank you Linda and hope to see you again real soon.

Super sweet employees! Found something really fun and kind of silly, some might say for my age. NOT ME!! NOR THE EMPLOYEES!! They smiled along with me as I walked out the door much happier than when I went in.🤣🩷 In all seriousness Marshalls has some great items at amazing prices.

I love shopping here! Great wide variety selection & low prices for top name brands. As far as the restrooms it wasn’t bad, maybe previous reviews from customers went in after an unclean customer. And the floors? That’s just over time stains etc. but overall they have GREAT customer service, always help nearby on the sales floor, & very polite at the register. I LOVE IT HERE!!! Thank you Marshalls staff for all you do!

I have always loved this store, but as of late it has become filthy. The floors have not been cleaned in forever. It takes away from the shopping experience. Not sure if a new manager is in place, but please clean this store. I left with nothing today. Please make changes.
