RACQUET & JOG

Went in on my lunch hour to look at a new pair of Teva sandals. Three employees walked by me while I'm holding different pairs and none of them asked if they could help me. I put them down and walked out. I don't mind paying extra to shop local and support local business, but I refuse to support poor customer service. When you are charging premium prices, your customer service better be outstanding.

Nathan is truly exceptional. I've purchased my second or third pair of shoes from him, and his expertise is impressive. Another customer even asked for his name to compliment him to the front and manager. He's not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful, intelligent, and polite - a true asset to the store.

Went by the newly renovated store today and it is nice with lots of stuff to choose from. Blair was super helpful and helped my daughters decide best option for their needs! We will be back !

Emilio helped me select the perfect walking shoes. He was very professional and kind. There were so many different choices and he helped me find just what I needed a great shopping experience.

Fantastic store for your sports and clothing needs. Aside from the iconic logowear, which is plentiful, this store has a great selection of clothing and footwear. Friendly service, great product selection, and good music make this place an easy go-to.

My 13yo son and I shopped for a pair of shoes for him.. We both were treated with care and respect. Blair L helped us figure out which brand fit my son the best and which style. She was so good with him, talking TO him, not over him. When he got overwhelmed with some things she was so patient, calm, and kind.. I could not have been more thankful. I will be a regular customer now, based on the phenomenal customer service. Thank you Blair!

Literally called and asked about an item in the store and Mrs. Maddy was the absolute sweetest and patient person over the phone while I was being a bit needy (she had to go look at the item twice cause I clearly didn’t ask everything I should have at once). When I went in I didn’t have her name or know who helped me, but once I got to the counter she says "I spoke with you earlier on the phone". I couldn’t NOT give her a good review. Thank you for such great assistance Maddy, keep being you!
