Huge shoutout to Ariel for always taking care of my jeans. They do such an amazing job here. Very quick as well. Took 10 pair in and ready the next day. Every other place I’ve been to, you gotta wait 3 or so days atleast. They call you if they have any questions and always tell you when they are ready to pickup and it’s usually very quick. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Super friendly and make you feel at home as well. Thank you so much Ariel. 10/10 recommend 🙌🏼

Bought 2 comforters for new beds for Christmas. They arrived so wrinkled. Regency got me in for same day service on Christmas Eve! Could not have been more pleased with the quality of the service and their politeness. Will 100% recommend!! Thanks for helping make the Christmas surprise complete!

Regency provides excellent service! Good customer service and excellent dry cleaning service! The morning clerk is phenomenal.She always welcomes you with a smile. However, the Duo in the afternoon after 3 are not at all friendly. The older one doesn’t engage at all. She doesn’t acknowledge customer.

I had a jacket that I took to a previous dry cleaner that couldn't clean the stain off my jacket. Regency Cleaners got it taken care of with no issues. 1010 would recommend and will utilize their services moving forward.

Regency is my favorite cleaners in Tyler! I faithful use them and will continue! I’m never disappointed when I pick up my clothes.

I brought in one button-up shirt, one denim shirt, and a pair of jeans, and gave clear instructions: heavy starch and crisp creases. The good ol’ Texan way 🤠 They even called me to confirm the service. But when I got home? Not a single drop of starch. Not one crease. Just limp, lifeless fabric. I went back to the shop to get it sorted, and that’s when it got worse. The employee lied straight to my face, claiming "that kind of fabric can’t hold starch." 🙄 I’ve been starching my husband’s jeans for years, and not once have I heard that nonsense. To top it off, she refused to fix the mistake on the spot and told me I’d just have to wait until Monday. No apology. No accountability. No effort. I won’t be coming back. I expect reliable, professional service, not excuses. If you can’t handle basic starch and crease, you’re in the wrong state!
