I left an item in my room. I called back twice the same day that I checked out and each time i was told that it was not found. I told them exactly where it was. No one put me on hold to look for it, nor did they allow me to come and look in the room and look for myself. So disappointed in this hotel. Never returning. I became a member for nothing. Its sad when people steal from its customers. Unethical business practices are pathetic. I dont trust Marriott. I was not taken seriously. Now I have to waste money to replace the item that was stolen. There was no initiative or effort on their part in helping me to retrieve what i left. You are not reliable to value my things. I am grateful that I did not leave a tip. Thieves do not deserve tips.

If you're on the hunt for a fantastic night out, look no further! Tash was my bartender, and he absolutely made the evening unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, his welcoming smile and vibrant energy set the perfect tone for the night.||Not only did he craft some of the most delicious cocktails I've ever tasted—each one made with flair and skill—but he also had awesome suggestions that took my taste buds on an adventure. Tash clearly knows his stuff!||What really stood out was his ability to connect with everyone at the bar. He treated each guest like an old friend, making the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. If you want a bartender who mixes great drinks and knows how to keep the good vibes flowing, Tash is your guy! Cheers to a night well spent and to the incredible bartenders who make it all happen!

Facility and rooms are in great condition, the staff is all very professional and friendly. Especially Nick at the front desk who made check in and getting our bearings smooth as butter. An.unexpected bonus, we had a clear view of fireworks at the stadium from our room! Only real room for improvement is the location of the handicap parking spots which are pretty far from the front door. However there is a ramp and the sidewalk is in great condition without any significant slopes or angles.

Loved this place. Stayed here for a night on business. front desk attendant was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I got there early so she had them clean the room for me so I could lay down. My room was new with a stand up shower which I really love and the room was spacious. I also enjoyed the 2 bottles of water they left for me because I did not want to travel to the store or walk downstairs to get more, lol. Also, surprisingly I did not hear the people in the rooms next to me or above me which is rare. Definitely will stay here again!

Pros: The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location—being close to my work made commuting easy. I also appreciated the variety of pillow options, which was a nice touch and one of the few comfortable aspects of the stay. Cons: Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. Parking is not included and requires using a separate app, which is unnecessarily inconvenient. Breakfast is extremely overpriced at $35, especially considering the limited quality—only the omelet was decent. The gym is very small and not well equipped. Room noise is a major issue due to poor window insulation, making it difficult to rest. On top of that, the beds are quite uncomfortable, which significantly impacted sleep quality. Overall: While the location works well for business purposes, the high extra costs and lack of comfort make it hard to recommend this hotel. There are likely better options at this price point.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a Marriott-branded hotel. I stayed here with my family including two children. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, the room was never cleaned during my stay. There are no microwaves in any of the room, I had to come to reception from 6th floor to fill warm the milk for my kid. To make matters worse, the hotel withheld my entire deposit amount and charged me a smoking fee, which is completely false. I did not smoke inside the room at any time. I always went outside the hotel to smoke. Charging guests based on assumptions or unreliable detection methods is unfair and unacceptable. For a brand like Marriott, this level of service is shocking—ignored housekeeping requests, poor communication, and unjust charges. Families should be especially cautious, as deposits can be withheld without proper verification. Marriott management seriously needs to review this property’s service standards and charging practices. Until then, I dont recommend staying here for any business or leisures.

Loved this hotel! So clean and spacious. I’d highly recommend staying here. Parking is easy and the location is great. It’s super quiet as well. Breakfast isn’t included but they do have free coffee and tea every morning.
