This eating is not for Homegoods; it’s the ridiculous parking lot. These new type lots and their tight spaces are so terrible because they do not allow for much room, and just about every single car is outside if their lines. I don’t know who is responsible for these god awful parking space decisions but lots NEED wide parking spaces. You need a friggen can opener! Modern cars don’t fit between the lines anymore and engineers need to consider quality vs quantity.

TJ Maxx pretty much sells discounted products such as furniture, clothes, and many varieties. In almost every price tag, you’ll see the original vs discounted prices. They also own HomeGoods, which is why its sign is next to TJ Maxx’s. When I got in on a weekday at afternoon, there’s many people there. During peak hours, line to the cash registers is very long and you may need to wait for a long time. From some aisles, they get crowded making it hard for customers to pass by. I guess it’s crowded now because of prepping for the holidays. Because it’s a discount store, please beware of electronics and some of their accessories. Years ago, I bought one of them and it does not work properly. So I had to return it. Again, I suggest getting products that don’t relate to electronics.

This is the worst Homegoods/TjMaxx store. They have no customer service. They don’t talk nicely and are very rude. I bought a box of chocolates from this store which were expired few years ago. I realized it when I got back home and tried one. Few days later, I stood in a very long line to return it, and the key carrier from home goods side didn’t take it back. I had the receipt and the tag was still on the box. She coukd see that the box is full and it chocolates expired in 2017 which I didn’t notice earlier. She said the number’s on the receipt doesn’t match the description of the item it should be. Then why did they charge me on the first place? When I asked if I could speak to the manager, she said im the manager when her badge clearly states key carrier.

Cashier, Melissa V, was rude, unpleasant and had no customer service. How do you work with people and come off dry, unhappy, and passive. I had my stuff on the item I was planing to purchase and she just pulled it, like you see me getting my stuff together, you need to be patient, respectful, and wait for the customer to give you their items and not pull it from them. It felt passive aggressive and she really needs training in customer service or maybe work where you are not interacting with customers - How do managers hire people like this. Customer service shouldn't be that hard to deliver on - such an unpleasant experience. In addition to their lack of customer service, they make returns very hard and do shady business by saying things like the item is not in their system or won't return items if purchased from another store. I came last week to do a return that was a few years old and had a receipt and they would not honor, which is ridiculous because I've returned items before (with a receipt) that was a few years old and never had an issu4. It was an older lady with a mask that wouldn't do it and was unable to explain why or show the policy that they do not take returns with a receipt after a certain amount of years. Service here has been horrible lately and their practices seem very unethical and should be looked into. Also, The policy without the receipt states the following: Without Receipt: Merchandise credit only, requiring a valid government-issued photo ID (name, address, signature provided). I followed what is being asked and they disregarded and do not follow their own policies and practices.
