Secret Room

One of my favorite places in Portland. This little shop is pure joy, pure art, pure kindness. I will always stop in when I’m near. I love the opportunity to support local artists and weirdos and it’s very important to me that a brick and mortar is available/excited to show and sell their goods. Secret Room provides such a space and it’s magical. Every time I’ve gone in it’s been lovely, colorful, and pleasant. I always look forward to going back. Keep it up, Secret One! You’re one of a kind, precious humans!

My favorite art shop in town. I pop in every few months and just about every time I do, I find a print I like. The prices are extremely reasonable as well, I'm often expecting a print to cost twice as much as it does. And for what it's worth, I've talked to a couple artists who've sold there and they had nothing but great things to say about the owners. Truly one of Portland's jewels.

The coolest art, riso, and comics store in Portland ! They have the best vibes and also some really special and unique publications you might not find anywhere else 🩷

Great spot to find wonderful art pieces at very reasonable prices! Got some beautiful stickers and art prints, could've spent an hour just looking at everything! Great vibes ☆

Maybe one of the greatest stores I’ve ever been to in my entire life. You will never find a greater selection of incredible art for affordable prices. This place is peerless.

This was my absolute favourite place I went to when I visited Portland!! If you like cool indie art and zines you have to go here! I even bought a VHS tape with animation on it!!! The person working the counter (didn’t catch their name!) was very very nice and gave me a sticker of pitpat 🙂 you NEED to go here and I am honestly wanting to go back to Portland just to go to this store again!

Not only does Secret Room have a very nice selection of comics, art prints, and art supplies, they also hold really nice events. We went to a magazine release party there that was PACKED with cool friends we haven’t seen in ages. It’s a good spot for browsing, learning, and getting inspired about art/comics/riso/life.
