InSpa - University Village

I just had the most wonderful pedicure from Helen at the InSpa-University Village. She took great care of my calluses, improved the state of my ingrown toenails, and generally made my feet feel and look marvelous! Helen is experienced, professional, and highly skilled, and I look forward to my next appointment ina month or so!

I can’t recommend InSpa enough! Gwyn is amazing at shaping my eyebrows with attentiveness and care. Helen is incredible at mani pedis — she’s saved my nails twice now. And when I encountered a last minute urgent matter the other day, the folks at the front desk were SO caring and kind; I’m immensely grateful. For all these reasons and more, I highly recommend you come to InSpa!

Came in with a friend for pedicures - was grateful we could get them at the same time side-by-side. Both pedicures turned out great - toes look good! Spa was clean, staff friendly. That said, we were a bit disappointed by a few things. First, no massage chairs. Second, the water for our feet cooled off really quickly in the metal tubs and the towels they wrapped our legs in weren’t that warm to start with and cooled quickly. Finally, for the price, we would have liked more services - hot stones, more massaging, wax, etc.

Gwyn is the best esthetician I have ever gone to. She asks all the right questions, answers any I have, then we make a plan for what is best for my skin. I leave with healthier, glowing skin every time. She is also tuned in - whether you want to chat or have quiet during your treatment - she responds. Can’t recommend the honey glow facial from Gwyn more highly.

I had a lovely manicure and pedicure with Helen at UVill InSpa last night. Helen remembers I like short nails and no polish and always makes my hands look nice even without the fancy stuff. I've known Helen now for more than 10 years---where do you get that anymore? It is a nice experience of stability in crazy times.

I have been a client for many years at different locations in Wa state. Every location has been wonderful. All of the providers/technicians that I've seen have been wonderful! Always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My nail specialist, Helen, was wonderful. She was gentle and attentive to my feet that were long overdue for some TLC. Nail specialists at other salons have always caused pain and that is why I put this off for too long. Helen caused no pain and gave me great suggestions for foot care. Definitely will return. The spa was peaceful and quiet and did not smell like most nail salons do. Loved it at the UVillage!
