Kasa Dilworth Charlotte

Stayed in a one bedroom. Very clean, kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast and reheat dinner, and had enough space to spread out during my work trip. The building had some special directions on how to check in and parking but everything was laid out very clearly and was easy to understand. Parking was in a secure gated underground garage. Everything felt very safe and secure as a female in town for work. I will book here again when I am in Charlotte.

Kasa was a perfect location for out stay in Charlotte. The unit was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was comfortable. Management was easy To access and quick to respond to any question or concern. The gated access and keypad to the building provided nice security feature.

Fantastic trip and stay. Clean and well organized. Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and was left alone. The fob made things easy and the direction they send make things easy to understand. ||Only issue I had was the outside door when I got there. In the instructions it says to tap the virtual pass tab on the screen but there is no virtual pass tab and the others tabs didn't take the code/pin. Again though once you get the fob it is no longer an issue.

Very clean. Very quite. Ideal for short-medium stay, with full sizes kitchen and wash+dryer. Great position. Only downfall is Internet, which is not stable enough nor suitable for leisure (youtube streaming) nor business purpose (calls and zoom) - nor in the appartament nor in the common spaces. Other than this, a great choice! Would come again.

It was a very pleasant home away from home experience. Since I mostly enjoy traveling alone, the convenience of safety is always a factor in my choices when traveling. The Kasa Dilworth was not only safe, the homeowners and staff were extremely friendly. Having the amenities like staying at a hotel were definitely a plus. It was in walking distance of everything downtown, near walking parks, and great restaurants were a plus. The California King size bed and 10' ceilings along with a full size appliances was definitely an added bonus. It was a nice balcony sitting area with a view of the romantic courtyard was also a definite plus. I recommend this as a get-away when you like to have some alone time with your special someone or just a place for just a sabbatical.

I like the apartment. It beats a hotel. Roomier. I was not thrilled with customer service and the space has the basics -- minimal kitchen supplies, no way to make coffee other than instant (no coffee pot), two hangers in a walk-in closet, and they charged me $125 to replace a fob I lost that was broken, not working, and not on a lanyard, when I found it hanging up. Customer service is fine if you like talking to robots (AI) but since there was no human intervention throughout, the process and communication was soulless. I would have to seriously think twice about another Kasa stay.

The location was super convenient, about a 30-40 minute walk to Bank of America stadium and the little park/creek across the street was gorgeous for morning walks. The check in instructions were super helpful and clear and the room itself was pristine and luxurious. It was a fantastic stay and the price was appropriate.
