Kasa Edison House Charlotte

This space was so amazing for my work trip to Charlotte. Beautiful location, great communication and room was so charming and cute. The room was so clean and they provided you with plenty of amenities needed to stay. The only drawback I found is that there was no water available in the fridge until I was able to get to the store. That would have been a nice touch. Other than that I will definitely return.

Fabulous location, clean, and an excellent value. The automated system is simple and works effectively, even for a tech deficient middle-aged woman. Responsive staff who respond in a timely matter to any concerns or issues. A comfortable, safe, hidden, little gem that I would definitely recommend. Lack of direct human contact was a plus in my book .

I was visiting Charlotte for the first time and I was traveling solo. It was important for me to be in a safe location with good access and nice accommodations. I took a chance with Kasa and I was not disappointed!! Everything was perfect for my stay! The secure access into the building and my room, the quick responsiveness of the company, and atmosphere in the room was all excellent. The only negative thing is there is no closet to hang your clothes, but there was an iron and little ironing board. I would definitely stay again!

I needed a cheap place to sleep for a work meeting the next day. I have never stayed in a place so clean! It was spotless and everything looked like it was brand new. The kitchen area in the room would have been perfect if you wanted to cook a meal or two. I did miss that there was no desk in the room to actually work, but I could have worked in the common areas if I needed to. Great WiFi too! The room was a little on the chilly side and I think I blew the fuse using the heater in the room. But I really didn't mind that since I was only there to spend the night and I just took it as a sign to go to bed earlier. . The atmosphere was really interesting and seemed like I was in an European hostel or something but with private room. I would defintelty stay here again. The location was in the very expensive housing area in Charlotte close to South Park Mall. The outdoor space looked very inviting and I wish I had more time to really enjoy it. But work called...

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was a 12 minute uber to a concert at The Fillmore. The area felt safe and the bed was comfortable. Adorably decorated! Would stay again.

Never used a virtual front desk but it was fairly easy.I received the building entrance & room access codes via text during my eight hour drive. The room was in a quiet neighborhood and I could walk to downtown (Charlotte NC) and grocery stores nearby. I prefer to walk when out of town.The room itself was quiet as well as my in house neighbors.It was clean,nicely appointed and though small fit my needs well. Did not see identifying signage to the building. I just turned into the first parking lot when the gps said I’d arrived at destination. A minor complaint;need better coffee. A Keruig plz! I’d book another Kasa it was fine.

A perfect night at the Kasa in Charlotte. Check in is virtual - using phone or tablet - and assistance through phone or text is immediate. Room was beyond expectation - modern yet artsy, cozy and unique. Comfortable, quiet with thoughtful touches and all the modern conveniences we love - updated, state of the art bathroom, etc. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to a fun area of Charlotte - restaurants, shops, etc. I'll aim to arrive here again.
