Bposhtels Orlando Florida Mall

I stayed in a shared room with about six girls, and they were great. You get a small cubby and space under the bed to store your things, which was helpful. The bunks were very squeaky, and the room felt humid even with the AC on — it could definitely use better airflow. There were some noticeable smells in the hallways. I had to ask for a towel since there wasn’t one in the room. The blankets were a little odd, the pillows were very flat, and the floor felt slightly sticky. On the plus side, everyone respected lights out and kept things quiet after 10pm. It’s about 15 minutes from the convention center, which was convenient.

Positive: I booked the place for my girlfriend stay over the weekend. She ended up staying somewhere else. The place had a very strong smell of marijuana all over, and the person who was in the room with her did not even acknowledge her presence Negative: I do no recommend this place and I would like a full refund since my girlfriend did not stay there

Overall, for the two nights I stayed there, the service was excellent. There was prompt and cordial support from staff whenever they were needed. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and having free breakfast in the morning was also quite cost-effective. I am looking forward to staying here again when I am back in Orlando, perhaps when the pool is open! The only downside is that I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are either visiting or have an event to attend at Disney World and are, simultaneously, on a fixed income. This hostel is 15 miles or so northeast of some parts of Disney World. If you don't have the money for a Lyft or an Uber to go back and forth between those two areas of Orlando, you will be stuck taking hour-and-a-half bus rides. Being mindful of the money you're spending when visiting the area may be mindful to some, but for others, it may be a good thing to keep in mind.

This left me feeling misled and unsupported, with no clear solution for me and my kids. The in-person front desk lady did her best, but the people on the phone and the hotel management did not show fairness or respect for my situation. I would not recommend this hotel to families with children or to anyone who expects honest and consistent customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Bposhostel essentially rents rooms from the hotel and rents out individual beds through its site and travel platforms. First room I entered had a terrible cigarette smell. I was rebooked to a different room, which also seemed to have something in the air (I noticed my breathing was a little difficult). I found a dead cockroach in the room fridge, and I’m sure I would have seen many others if the room light was actually working ( there was only a dim desk lamp). I was refused a refund, despite checking out no later than half an hour after I had just checked in.

Bonnie was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Location was in a busy area and building smelled of cigarettes. It wasnt a typical hostel experience. But it was good for what I needed.

Very nice. Rooms, you can save money dormitory style. Which isn't too bad, Other people are generally clean and accommodating et.Cetera, so far. I had a great experience and people there are very nice and I say, God Bless you
