Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection

Overall good hotel. Quiet rooms. Not as frenzy Disney land which is nice. The restaurant / bar area inside the lobby could certainly be revamped and a proper espresso machine for an autograph is expected (not a press a button for Starbucks). Could probably be a little more elevated for an autograph and food quality improvement but given the area, it's okay. Staff was very nice

Positive: This is my second time visiting and I fell in love with this hotel all over again. The staff was amazing I asked for an extra blanket they were at my door before I made it up the elevator I love it and it’s by EVERYTHING! Negative: I loved everything!

Perfect stay! We’ve been a few times and yesterday sealed the deal that I needed to leave a review. We called ahead and they were so kind and able to accommodate us with a very early 10am check in. The rooms are comfy and clean, and the location is great - Cafe TuTu Tango next door is a must visit for dinner. The sunset view from the roof is also beautiful. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time! Joe the doorman was awesome he gave us a coupon to howl at the moon which was awesome then the next morning he gave us a coupon to hash house!!! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool was nice but drinks were overpriced. We will definitely be back!!!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Awesome nearby activities. The lobby is elegantly decorated. The staff met me with big, friendly smiles and warmth. I was very much looking forward to my stay. I was even awarded an upgrade in my room. But that’s all I can tell you because although they are a pet friendly hotel, that doesn’t include cats so I was unable to stay as my fur baby was with me. The staff was very helpful and understanding of my predicament and helped me find a hotel within the Marriott family close by that did accept cats. I would highly recommend this hotel just from what I saw and plan on visiting without my fur baby at another time but can’t go without saying that I am very disappointed that cats are excluded from the "pet friendly" policy.

My mom and I used to stay here all the time in the 90’s. And I was wanting to take my kids so they could experience the fairytale like atmosphere with the dragons at the entrance, but when we got here everything completely changed so beyond disappointed!! Completely ruined the vibe!! That I completely changed my mind and didn’t stay here, and haven’t been back since!! I don’t even know why it’s called the Castle Hotel!! They might as well change the name!!

I have stayed in many autograph hotels. I really like the uniqueness of them and what they have to offer for history. This however, is nowhere near any of the rest of them I’ve stayed in. Even though there aren’t many Marriott properties on iDrive. I am a long time Hilton diamond, wish I would’ve stayed at the Hilton down the road. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. I could’ve stayed at the JW for the same price. $792 for 2 nights. Ridiculous.
