Conrad Orlando at Evermore

I had a prepaid booking.They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the "Approved" status.We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this "system error"The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

The Conrad Hotel is truly an amazing place and the definition of a five star experience. Everything was top of the line from the moment we arrived. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt luxurious and spotless. The views were stunning, the pools were perfect for relaxing, and the entire property felt very safe and secure. What really stood out was how clean everything was and how professional and welcoming the staff were throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and excellence. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true five-star hotel experience

We just completed an 8-day family stay at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. While Orlando's unusually cold weather during our visit prevented us from taking advantage of the beach and lagoon, our kids loved the heated pool and hottubs. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every team we interacted with was consistently attentive and professional. The valet team was quick and welcoming every single day, housekeeping was reliable and thorough (our room was reset carefully each morning), and in-room dining was prompt and accurate. Dining was a highlight. We had breakfast every morning at Sophia’s and it became part of our routine. Little Spoon was perfect for coffee and snacks (my son declared they had "the best macarons ever."). We also had an excellent dinner at Ceiba with a prime view of Disney's nightly fireworks. We didn’t take any non-park days this trip, but the resort clearly offers enough amenities that we would plan some on our next visit. This is a true luxury property that still works very well for families visiting Orlando. We will definitely return and would happily recommend Conrad Orlando to friends and family.

We spent 2 nights at the Conrad and it was a wonderful experience. We walked around the property everything and every where you look is beautifully maintained. We stayed in the hotel, they also have condos, villas and homes that you can rent out if you have larger groups. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool and lagoon. I did use my american express points to book the room and was so happy with it. We had breakfast both days at Sophie's and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will go back soon and take our family.

We felt completely at ease and thoroughly pampered during our entire stay. The resort itself is stunning, but it was the people who made our visit unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated our trip in every way. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already excited to return. Conrad Orlando has absolutely set a new standard for luxury hospitality for us. We loved our time there.

The service was top-notch! Such friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful property. The spa was incredible. Fitness center was well-equipped and pristine. They have so many amenities. My husband and I had a wonderful time here. We plan to come back with our kids.

It is very rare that you stay at a hotel and you cannot say one negative thing at all about it. This hotel was absolutely amazing-every single aspect of it. The food was excellent, the hospitality was top notch and the grounds were absolutely beautiful and well kept. I will absolutely be returning to this hotel. Well done Conrad Team !!!!!
