Dolce Vita Resort and Spa

This hotel is currently not taking bookings. Do not book with them. I booked a room for $56, probably the first sign it is too good to be true, but then when showing up no one was there. There was two cars in the parking lot and they were set up for what looked like a party, but no one was at the front desk, the doors were locked, and there was no security to be seen. Quite disappointed that their booking portal is still active if they are not having guests.

Danielle was exceptionally helpful in checking us in for our first visit and even gave us a tour (a few days before our stay). Maria was our cocktail goddess and took great care of us all night. The remodeling they are doing is going to make a great venue for dancing, mingling, and seeing and being seen. The play area they are building out looks very inviting and intimate in some areas and an area of pure wide exhibition in another. Something for everyone for certain. This place has the makings of a great all in one place club. The team there is all about service and I hope they continue to build out to make this a high end venue and that they keep the emphasis on couples and don’t let it become trolling grounds for single guys. Support this place and help it grow! It has the potential to be a world class club.

I spent the weekend here and I had a GREAT time. The renovations look amazing! The pool was so much fun. The 4th floor was exciting. The two bartenders Joey and Becky were so funny and so much fun! They made my stay even better! I will definitely be back!

Don’t do it. Went for their Halloween party. This place is a waste of money. Paid $200+ for a vip room. Arrived at 4pm. Had to wait 2.5 hrs to get my room. They kept bribing me with drinks for my wait. I don’t drink. Got dressed in our costumes and headed down to the club at 9pm. There was no one there. Except bartenders. Ended up having to leave and go to another club just to have people to socialize with. Upon check out. The place was a ghost town. It was 1030am could not find anyone to check me out. Called them and rang the bell for 30 min. No sign of anyone. Then we saw a sign to call security for after hours service. The gentleman on the phone, whom we woke up, said just to leave the key on the desk. Huge waste of money. The plans for the place seem really nice. Maybe sometime in the future, it will be worth going. But they are far away from that now.

The staff was awesome! Very professional and laid back staff. Visited the naughty boutique😈 and found the perfect bikini at a very reasonable price as well. The openness of the lobby and view of the beautiful pool area are breathtaking! Planning on many returns and looking forward to seeing the finished renovations. Unichris

So, I am giving Top Secret a one star review with potential to be a 4-5 star. At the moment Top Secret is currently going through renovations. I assume they are doing phases as the main lobby, bar, and club areas look great but the pool and rooms need a lot of work. The room we were renting did not have a tv, furniture on the balcony, and the bathroom door did not close. The room also did not have blankets, only sheets, and honestly did not appear to be the cleanest. I would imagine that because the owners are currently spitting out a lot of money on the reno, they are trying to bring in as much income as possible. However, renting a partially renovated room is not the best move to make, especially when they have big competition over at Secrets Hideaway. The one star I did give is honestly for the great staff! Very pleasant! Although our experience here was not to our satisfaction we will give it a couple of years for the renovations to be complete and return to give a fair review.

A huge Thank You to Top Secret Resort for the amazing accommodations they made for our large group!! They made the VIP set up for us such an easy transition along with getting all of our rooms grouped together for our guest! I plan large events with a host of hotels and venues and they by far have made it the easiest of any place I have dealt with, and that in light of the fact that they are also still under renovation... Amazing ❤. Also a hugh thank you to absolutely everyone that is an employee at Top Secret because everyone from the maintenance team to the owners (even the renovation team) were not only always incredibly respectful, helpful and humble, but also energetic and fun!!! This place will quickly rise to the TOP!!! It feels like you are a part of a community not just at a resort 🥰.
