had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Los Angeles/West Covina. The hotel offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and value. The rooms are clean and modern, and the beds are comfortable enough to guarantee a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the free breakfast and free Wi‑Fi, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is excellent — right off Interstate 10 and directly across from the Eastlands Shopping Center, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Despite being close to everything, the hotel feels peaceful and well‑kept. Parking is free and easy, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel also features an free parking, and air‑conditioned rooms, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable place to stay whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the West Covina area.

The room was clean and met the usual Hampton standard, with a comfortable bed and a TV offering a good range of channels. Breakfast was good and well stocked, with plentiful coffee and very friendly staff. Although I found the road a little noisy in the room (even after being given a quieter room at check-in on request), the location was very convenient for travelers like us, as it’s just off the freeway. This Hampton is right next to the Jollibee building! A must-go for all Filipinos! The front desk staff were so sweet, breakfast was delicious as it always is at Hampton, and well managed. The rooms are modern and the showers have great water pressure. This is also a quiet location, we didn't hear any of the other guests all night despite our room being next to the elevator. Great sound proofing on the walls, I was worried I'd hear suitcases rolling into the elevator all night but I slept like a baby!

Super friendly and helpful staff. One of the cleanest Hampton Inns I have stayed at in years. The room is smaller but feels very relaxing and comfortable. The TV needs updating but this seems to be a chain thing as all I have stayed at have TV watching options like it's 1991 again with cable and the scrolling TV guide. I will stay here again.

The Hampton Inn is what we expect for a $200 USD per night room. I was pleased the front desk provided us with a remote that allowed me to select the input source of the TV as I use my computer to stream content while we are traveling. Lovely experience. Friendly staff (including the housekeepers!) super clean room and comfortable beds/sheets. Very small but cozy and well appointed rooms. Coffee and tea available all day. Nice! The pool water is HEATED, though we didn't use it. The ONLY thing I surprised about were the towels. They looked good and they are thick, but they were not soft at all. Other than that, I was VERY happy with our choice. These folks are taking care of business well here. Thank you!
