Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Los Angeles West Covina

I had a pretty good stay here overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for the short weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk were friendly and got me checked in quickly. The area felt safe and there's plenty of parking, which was convenient as well. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the breakfast selection could’ve been a bit better, but wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

I stayed at in this hotel for business. The location is not bad, the parking lot is a little awkward due to the tight configuration , but not bad.|The lobby was clean and offered a warm breakfast. The room was clean but the overall room seemed a little run down. The air conditioner unit ran all night and a bit annoying. Overall good stay

I stayed there for a night, and my stay was honestly better than I expected. The room was clean, comfortable, had everything I needed for the short time. The front desk staff were attentive and checked me in quickly, this is conveniently located on I-10 so very accessible, I also liked that there were restaurants nearby, so I didnt have to go far. Parking felt safe, and area around the hotel was quiet at night. Overall it made the getaway a lot easier and I wouldn’t mind staying here again the next time.

Just wanted to share this. Our room was a handicapped room. 1# the lamp in the corner was falling apart. If it wasn't in the corner it would have fallen over. This is a huge safety problem. It needs to be addressed immediately before someone gets hurt. #2 The lamp on the desk is falling apart also. I think our maintenance should be on top of these issues before someone gets hurt.

Rooms need a refresh everything looks old, dark, and dated. Definitely I think they should invest in double pane windows freeway noise is too distracting for sleep. Elevator is antique, the elevator doors open prematurely while moving.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the unacceptable bad experience I had at your hotel. Despite clearly mentioning upon check-in that I had two bookings from the 28th to the 6th, I returned today to find my luggage packed into dustbin bags and moved Chakri to the reception area. Furthermore, my second booking was cancelled without any intimation, despite my credit card being on file. This incident has caused me immense stress and concern for the security of my belongings. To add to the frustration, no concern was shown for further accommodation, and I was advised to search for another hotel. Given the appalling lack of professionalism and disregard for guest security, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Even though the Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles West Covina is rated as a 3-star hotel, our weekend stay felt like a 5-star experience. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy, setting a great tone right from the start. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming feel throughout. Our room (two double beds) was spotless, and everything worked exactly as it should. The complimentary breakfast was a standout—plenty of fresh, well-stocked options, and even though it was busy, it never felt hectic. Parking was easy, with lots of convenient spots available. The pool and jacuzzi are on the smaller side, but both were clean and in good working order, so no complaints there. The only minor drawbacks were the thin walls and some initial confusion about where to park—I accidentally pulled into the neighboring Pacific Stay hotel twice since its entrance, along with the Fairfield and Hampton Inn, are all very close together. A clearer sign off Fairway Lane would definitely help. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much our stay exceeded expectations.
