Ashley Store

I like the quality of the furniture. came here on a Sunday a week before president's day weekend. one negative, Sales people are commissioned so they can be aggressive one guy actually lied to us by saying the current sale ended the day of our visit to try to get us to but right away. we decided to switch sale people and got a much lower pressure experience. I don't buy under pressure. aside from that older guy, experience good. they do pounce on you as soon as you get into the store which again.... commission.

I was kicked out of the store for sitting on couches and not wanting to talk to the salespersons when I was there choosing a couch to buy. Was told I was there for an hour and a half last week (I wasn't there last week) and told to either start engaging with the sales staff of leave in 30 minutes. Left immediately; the store manager is wild to think that I will purchase anything from there after such an altercation. I was choosing between Ashley and Living Spaces couches I liked and this simplifies the decision.

Was looking for a sofa with chaise and we got a really good deal with Ashley as we got something which was discontinued at a nice price. They took 2 weeks to deliver the couch, so this might be a deal breaker for some. They also make you confirm the delivery 2 times by replying to an automated SMS, if you miss it then god know when you’re gonna get it rescheduled to. It would be nice if they can improve this.

Just purchased the Boyington sofa, loveseat and recliner from Ashley Store in Fremont location. Love the excellent customer service from sales rep William and store manager, Devin. They were super friendly and very nice in explaining everything to us. We received an exceptional price. Will definitely come back to buy more furniture in the future.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture in Pacific Commons Fremont and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Neil, Bob, and Nicole. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect sofa and couch for my home. They were knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, making the shopping process enjoyable. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Pacific Commons Fremont to anyone looking for furniture in the area. Be sure to ask for Bob, he's the boss, for exceptional service! I'm a repeat customer and will go back there checking out for deals before buying anywhere. There are hardly any businesses where employees treat you the way you get treated here...

I purchased a tv stand on 12/23/25 I was promised a delivery one month later ( long time ) I confirm delivery on 2 different occasions thru text messege and email. My order was cancelled anyway telling me I didn’t confirm delivery 🚚 😡😡😡 spoke to Aurora in customer service she couldn’t even find my account asked to speak to a manager THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE A MANAGER !! Or different number to Ashley’s furniture store !!! After a long wait I was finally promised a delivery in onother almost 2 weeks !! This is ridiculous and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES

My personal experience with this Ashley store was great. I ordered a discontinued nightstand from a different store that arrived broken and this store had the last one left in the bay area and it was $250 cheaper too! Matthew and Hannah helped me out and they were very friendly and professional. I also want to give a big thank you to the manager James for selling me the nightstand when originally it was to be sold only in a set.
