This store is a bit smaller compared to other Burlington locations in town, but it still carries a good selection of items. It’s in a great location within a large shopping complex

Extremely poor customer service and management. There were two employees assigned to loss-prevention while absolutely no one was available to assist customers. The checkout line was long and barely moving, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily and wasting valuable time. It is unacceptable that preventing theft is prioritized over providing basic service to paying customers. Management needs to seriously reconsider how staff are allocated — the current approach shows a complete lack of organization and customer focus. If this is how the store continues to operate, customers will choose to shop elsewhere. The situation reflects poorly on whoever is responsible for managing daily operations.

I recently visited the Burlington store, and I was impressed by its excellent organization and the availability of all the necessary items. It's a one-stop shop for all your needs, and the tidy layout makes the shopping experience enjoyable.

good selection. saw more items in interested in that Union City Burlington . security greeting right when entering my and exciting as good timer to experience. restroom in back of store past baby section clean, stocked with supplies soap, working sinks and paper etc.

I came here, not sure what I wanted, and ended up buying a pair of shoes in the clearance area for $9. Thing was they had several others I was considering, but these were comfortable, and they fit me well enough. Having said that, finding decent quality shoes can sometimes be a pill at Burlington. Not so much today. As I didn't really look in the clothing section, the only thing I noticed was for such a large space, the clothing section was really spread out, which I'm sure has some sort of meaning.

What ever happened to the nice hats they use to get... flat brim LRG snap backs... loved those... Plus there damn line takes too long

Horrible customer service. Advertised closing time is 10:00 pm, I arrived at 9:40 pm and they had already stopped letting people in. Horrible management decision and the customers exiting told me they had basically gotten kicked out. I will be calling corporate to report this store as this was a huge inconvenience to me as I had driven out my way for this store. Unprofessional and a waste of my time.
